Skills shortage: Global Challenge

  • By 2030, a significant decline in skilled workers is predicted, especially in the health and IT sectors.
  • Germany has slipped in the global comparison as a destination for skilled workers, mainly due to bureaucracy, tax burdens, and migration effort.
  • The German market shows a high demand for foreign skilled workers, especially in the fields of health, social work, social pedagogy, IT, and crafts.

Our Processes

In the following, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the various recruitment procedures of HR IBC.

Classic

1

The applicant from abroad learns German to at least B1 level. An initial interview with potential employers takes place.

2

The applicant uploads his documents to our platform, which employers can view. HR IBC places the applicants for video interviews with potential employers.

3

If an employer decides on an applicant, they receive an employment contract or an employer confirmation. The corresponding work visa is then applied for (duration at least 3 months).

4

During this time, the applicant continues to learn German. Our teams in Turkey, Pakistan, India, and Morocco take care of the German courses at Goethe or Telc level. As soon as the work permit is available, the applicant can start his new job with the employer.

Fast Track

Applicants are already in Germany for job hunting and are taking a language course in Germany.

Hybrid

4
